Location
Set within the Texas triangle of Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, and 60 miles from Austin. Our closest neighbor is Rockdale to the east, with Taylor to the west – home to Samsung’s new chip foundry.

The first phase of the Sandow Lakes development will be an Advanced Manufacturing and Logistix Campus (AMLC) that ignites a new era of productivity. This 3,300 acres site offers maximum flexibility for built-to-suit to meet any needs, and unprecedented access to sustainable resources and intermodal connections.
